Meet Courtney
Nutritionist (BNutrSc)
Coffee addict, pilates enthusiast and occasional foodie (but the laziest cook... ever). Her passion lies in making food and nutrition feel less confusing to help you experience the love and joy around food while fuelling your body, mind and soul.
After working with a dietitian herself in 2017 to manage IBS symptoms, Courtney discovered her passion for understanding food, nutrition and the misinformation of the diet industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Bachelor of Business Administration from ACU in 2023.
Courtney has a passion for educating individuals to provide them the food and nutrition knowledge and tools most relevant to theirs (and their families) lives. She believes in empowering individuals to feel in control of their health and wellbeing when it comes to the foods they choose to eat to fuel their body, mind and soul.
