As a nutritionist no, I won’t just write you a meal plan. No, I won’t judge what you do or don’t choose to eat. No, I don’t just eat salad all the time or expect you to do that either.

 

I will, however, support you to enhance your nutrition knowledge, enhance your daily habits and incorporate a balance that best suits you and your lifestyle. When it comes to diet, I believe in education over prescription to give you the “why” behind the changes you choose to implement and the impact they can have over your life.
